Information stored on your device

The app stores calculator inputs, saved estimates, custom material prices, and preferences in local device storage so the calculator can work offline. This information is not sent to ContractorCalc in the current release.

Information collected by the current release

The current release does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or payment information. It does not require sign-in.

Sharing

ContractorCalc does not sell or share the locally stored estimate information in the current release. When you use your device’s share or print action, the operating system sends the content to the destination you select.

Retention, deletion, and security

Local estimates, prices, and preferences remain on your device until you delete saved estimates in the app, clear the app’s storage in device settings, or uninstall the app. ContractorCalc does not receive a copy of this local data and cannot retrieve or restore it. Because the current release does not transmit calculator data to ContractorCalc servers, there is no server-side project data for ContractorCalc to retain or delete.

Advertising and analytics

ContractorCalc V1 does not display advertising and does not include a third-party analytics SDK. Google Play Console may provide aggregate store, stability, and release metrics to the developer; those metrics are provided by Google Play and are not collected by the calculator itself. If production advertising or in-app analytics is added in a later release, this policy and the applicable store disclosures will be updated before those features are enabled.

Children

ContractorCalc is a general productivity utility for contractors and is not directed to children.

Changes

If the app later adds accounts, analytics, production advertising, cloud sync, or payments, this policy and the applicable store disclosures will be updated before those features are enabled.
